School Level Activities

As the school emphasizes on the holistic and integrated personality development and development of skill and interest of the individuals, it conducts a wide range of extra and co- curricular activities, participation in which is compulsory for the students. To increase the interest and skill of the students, they are divided in four Houses – SHANKHA, CHAKRA, GADA and PADMA under the supervision of the Teachers. Regular House competitions are also held among the Houses.Games and Entertainment : Games and Entertainment are the important part to rejuvenate an individual. Understanding this, the school is well equipped with the facilities for both outdoor and indoor games like Football, Cricket, Volleyball, Basketball, Handball, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Rings, Table Tennis, Chess, Ludo, Chinese Checker, Carom,Vidio games and many more under the supervision of trained Instructors. Special emphasis is laid on the Physical Training, Yoga and Gymnastics. Every year, the Students are taken out for Educational Tours and Picnic. Educative films and documentaries are shown to the student from time to time to enrich their Knowledge.Other Activities : Under the able guidance of skilled Instructor, the School provides a congenial atmosphere for the development of cultural activities like Debate Activities, Elocution Activities, Recitation Activities, Drama Activities, Quiz Activities and others. Special emphasis is laid on SUPW (Social Useful Productive Works), which covers the activities such as Music, Dance, Painting, Gardening, Tailoring, Type Writing and many more.Celebration : The School also observes and celebrates a number of occasions.
